The University has placed equal emphasis on the development of both graduate and undergraduate programs. Today, the University consists of six colleges, including the colleges of Liberal Arts, Sciences, Engineering, Management, Marine Sciences, comprising of fourteen undergraduate departments and 28 graduate institutes.
